Product Description
The Milky FJ 50 Eco Pasteurizer, Cheese and Yogurt Vat is the only one of its kind worldwide in this version.
With its triple-walled design, this vat offers excellent heat transfer and features LE technology.
The vat not only pasteurizes milk, fruits, juices and other liquids, but also achieves the precise temperatures needed for making cheese and yogurt.
The FJ 50 Eco Fully comes with a 100 rpm mixer, a robust stainless steel base, and wheels that allow the vat to be moved easily.
The integrated heating element heats your product up to 90 °C (194 °F).
The innovative control panel allows individual adjustment of time and temperature.
To prevent malfunctions, the vat must be filled with water before each operation.
