Product Description
The Pasteurizer, Cheese & Multipurpose Vat FJ 500 CT is specifically designed for cheese production.
CT stands for “Closed Type”. The closed vat features an internal chamber system. Cooling is carried out via a plate heat exchanger.
A pump circulates the water inside the vat, ensuring optimal heating and cooling performance.
We recommend checking the water level in the secondary jacket monthly and refilling if necessary.
Thanks to the integrated 3-part cheese harp, the production of all types of cheese is possible.
Three built-in electric heating elements (2 × 12 kW and 1 × 9 kW) ensure optimal heating performance and allow medium temperatures of up to 99 °C (210 °F).
