The manual sealing machine BP03 is perfect for small production runs and impresses with its compact design and short sealing times. For medium production volumes, the FD 500 filling machine with pneumatic control and a filling capacity of up to 500 ml per cycle offers a reliable solution.
The process becomes even more efficient when combined with the semi-automatic cup-sealing machine BP600, which enables seamless further processing of the filled products. Optional with printing function for best-before dates and additional extensions.

Milky FD 500 – Efficient filling made easy
The FD 500 is a compact filling machine for operations with medium production volumes. Up to 1,200 cups per hour can be filled precisely and hygienically with yogurt, cream, or juice – easily powered by a pneumatic drive. The filling volume is up to 500 ml per cycle, and the entire unit is made of stainless steel.
An air compressor with 300 l/min is required for operation.
Optional: Also available as a version without Pneumatic Support Table (Part No. 17601).

Milky BP03 – The compact solution
The manual cup-sealing machine BP03 seals up to 250 cups per hour in just 2–3 seconds, making it ideal for direct marketers, farm shops, or delicatessen producers. The machine stands out with its easy operation and clean sealing pattern – all without complex technology.
Optional available: Cup diameter adjustment (Part No. 17610-1) as well as an additional heating element (Part No. 17610-2).
Milky BP 600 – Semi-automatic solution
The BP 600 is perfect for anyone aiming for professional filling and sealing. This semi-automatic cup-sealing machine offers four working stations, seals up to 600 cups per hour, and can be combined with the FD 500.
Special feature: integrated printing function for best-before dates or branding. Suitable for cup diameters from 75–95 mm.
A compressor with 6–7 bar is required.
Optional: sealing stamp adjustment (Part No. 17605-1), printer (Part No. 17605-3), as well as a version with automatic rotary table (Part No. 17605-Auto).
