The Milky FJ 50 Eco Pasteurizer, Cheese and Yogurt Vat is the only one of its kind worldwide in this version.
This triple-walled vat stands out for its optimal heat transfer and innovative LE technology.
The vat not only pasteurizes milk, fruits, juices and other liquids, but also achieves the precise temperatures needed for making cheese and yogurt.
The integrated heating element heats your product up to 92 °C (197.6 °F).
The innovative control panel allows precise adjustment of time and temperature.
To prevent malfunctions, the vat must be filled with water before each operation.
