The Milky FJ 30 Midi Pasteurizer, Cheese and Yogurt Vat is the versatile medium-sized all-rounder among multipurpose vats.
Worldwide, this is the only triple-walled vat in this size category.
The vat not only pasteurizes milk, fruit, juices and other liquids, but also achieves the precise temperatures needed for cheese and yogurt production.
The integrated heating coil heats your product up to 90 °C (194 °F).
The innovative Milky Easy control panel allows precise adjustment of time and temperature.
The vat must be filled with water before each operation to prevent malfunction.
