Product Description
The Cheese & Multipurpose Vat (Pasteurizer) FJ 300 CT is specifically designed for cheese production.
CT stands for Closed Type. The closed vat features an internal chamber system. Cooling is achieved by means of a plate heat exchanger.
A pump circulates the water inside the vat, ensuring optimal heating and cooling performance. We recommend checking the water level in the secondary jacket monthly and refilling if necessary.
Thanks to the integrated 3-part cheese harp, the production of all types of cheese is possible.
Two built-in electric heating elements of 9 kW each provide optimal heating performance and allow product temperatures of up to 99 °C (210 °F).
