Product Description
This butter churn is ideal for on-site direct marketing, enabling fresh, farm-made butter production.
This is the completely redesigned version of the FJ 32 – a unique model on the market thanks to its integrated tilting mechanism and built-in subframe. It serves as a fully independent unit for butter production.
The advantage of the tilting mechanism is easy to explain:
At the beginning of the process, the butter churn is tilted so that the outlet points upward. This way, the cream naturally flows downward and is thrown upward by the rotating agitator.
At the end of the process, the machine is tilted so that the outlet points downward. The buttermilk then drains easily using gravity alone.
This butter churn not only eliminates the need for strenuous lifting or repositioning, but also saves valuable time thanks to an efficient, ergonomic production process.
A 32-liter container and a constant speed setting ensure fast and effortless butter production.
The stainless steel agitator rotates in both directions – clockwise and counterclockwise.
The process can be visually monitored at any time through the built-in viewing window.
An automatic safety stop button is mounted on the motor and is triggered when the transparent lid is removed. The agitator stops immediately for your safety.
The buttermilk is drained from the churn via the stainless steel discharge tap and can be easily collected for reuse or further processing.
