Cheese Press FJ 2/50 PCP – compact, precise and powerful
The FJ 2/50 PCP is ideal for professional on-farm processing. A robust pneumatic cylinder ensures consistent pressing pressure – individually adjustable depending on the cheese type. With a working surface of 700 × 1000 mm (27.6 × 39.4 in) and intermediate plates of 400 × 400 mm (15.7 × 15.7 in), it is perfectly suited for small to medium batches. Maximum flexibility thanks to its compact dimensions and connection options up to 9 bar.

Pre-Press & Cheese Press 150 RP – high-volume pressing power for maximum requirements
The 150 RP is designed for processing larger cheese volumes. Two precisely controlled pneumatic cylinders press the curd evenly in a vat with internal dimensions of 1500 × 900 mm (59.1 × 35.4 in). Ideal for approx. 120 kg (264.6 lb) of cheese mass per batch. An integrated drain valve ensures easy whey discharge. Optimized for 6 bar (87 psi) air pressure and a consumption of 35 l/min (9.25 gal/min) – efficient, hygienic and at a comfortable working height.
