Butter production used to be labor-intensive – today it is easier: with the high-quality butter churns from Milky, you produce creamy, fresh butter in a short time – hygienically, safely, and efficiently.

Especially popular: the versions with integrated tilting mechanism on FJ 32, FJ 55, and FJ 100 – they make it easier to remove the finished butter and significantly speed up the workflow.
The production process itself is very simple: fresh cream is filled into the machine and churned until butter and buttermilk separate. After pouring off, the butter is washed and kneaded – resulting in the finished golden-yellow product.

Milky FJ 32 – the flexible solution for direct marketers
Die FJ 32 ist das ideale Modell für alle, die direkt am Hof frische Butter herstellen möchten. Mit ihrem durchdachten Kippmechanismus erleichtert sie sowohl das Aufschlagen des Rahms als auch das Ablassen der Buttermilch – ganz ohne schweres Heben. Ein 32-Liter-Edelstahlbehälter, ein Rührwerk mit Links-/Rechtslauf, ein Sichtfenster sowie ein Sicherheitsstopp sorgen für eine sichere & hygienische Produktion. Die Buttermilch wird über einen Edelstahlhahn gezielt abgelassen.

The FJ 55 is designed for those who want to process larger quantities at once. The robust stainless steel body with a capacity of 32 liters, two selectable mixing speeds, and tilting function offers a strong overall package. Whether draining buttermilk or cleaning: the tilting mechanism saves effort and time. The double-rotating mixer and the automatic safety stop ensure efficiency and safety.
Available in 2 variants: 230 V and 2 x 115 V, both with tilting mechanism.
Milky FJ 100C – for professional quantities with comfort
With a volume of 100 liters and a steplessly adjustable motor, the FJ 100C also handles larger tasks. The integrated tilting mechanism makes it easy to empty buttermilk and butter – ideal for professional operations. The model features a stainless steel construction, mobility through wheels, and practical height adjustment.
