In autumn 2025, Managing Director Sebastian Janschitz once again embarked on an international journey to visit long-standing partner companies and deepen new cooperations. His route took him from Austria to Canada and the USA, on to Mexico and through several Central American countries – covering more than 26,500 flight kilometers, 17 flights, and 9 destinations in total.
Customer Proximity as a Lived Company Value
Personal consultation and long-term partnerships have always been at the heart of Farmland. Direct exchange with dealers and partners worldwide makes it possible to gain a targeted understanding of market requirements, customer needs, and regional specifics.
During the trip, Sebastian Janschitz visited numerous partner companies, including Tauber (Mexico), Agromilk (Guatemala), Escasan (Nicaragua), Dos Banderas (Costa Rica), Interlactea (Silao, Mexico), and Glengarry Cheesemaking (Canada).
In personal discussions, current market trends, technical developments, and future requirements for products and services were addressed.
Growing Together – Personal Consultation as a Key Success Factor
Alongside the presentation of current solutions in the areas of dairy processing and electric fencing technology, the focus was clearly on personal contact. Farmland deliberately relies on direct dialogue to identify individual needs at an early stage and offer tailor-made solutions.
This approach creates a partnership that goes beyond pure product distribution – characterized by trust, expertise, and genuine customer proximity.
